Return Cost: Free

Please inspect your firewood on delivery. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of firewood, returns are only accepted for products that are unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, or if you wish to return a non-defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, we will arrange a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Accepted returns will be collected and refunded within 14 working days, and return costs will be covered by us. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

This policy complies with UK consumer rights and applies to purchases made directly through our website.
